Today, as part of my new catalog review, I'd like to show you our new offerings in memory protectors. Close to my Heart has always been known for their flip flaps and with this catalog, that is still the case. However, Close to my Heart has also introduced Pocket Plus memory protectors. These will also allow you to add extra photos or artwork in your layouts, just in a slightly different way then our flip flaps do. First I'll show you our flip flaps. Close to my Heart has streamlined their offering of flip flaps to ensure you get exactly what you need for your layouts.
Next up are our Pocket Plus memory protectors. These are meant to lie in between the two sides of a two-page layout or as a standalone addition to your albums to provide variety and dimension. We offer four designs.

Today I'm introducing a product that Close to my Heart has had for awhile but I just now discovered and started incorporating into my scrapbooking. They're called flip flaps and they enable you to add additional pictures or other memorabilia to your scrapbook layouts. They work on your traditional layouts as well as your pocket page layouts. Close to my Heart offers them in 5 different configurations. They offer a 12" assortment, a small assortment, a 6x6 pack, a 3x4 pack, and a 4x6 pack. Simply slide your photos, memorabilia, or journaling into the pockets, attach with the adhesive strip, and you're done. Here I've shown you a layout I made for a trip to Sandusky my husband and I took last year. I am also using the featured paper pack of the month called Charlotte. By using 2 of the 4x6 flip flaps, a 4x12 flip flap, and 2 of the 6x12 layout, I was able to fit 19 photos into one 12x12 spread! In the photos below I take you through the series of unfolding until the layout is completely open.
So fun and interactive. They can be a little tricky to understand how to apply them at first so I'll have a quick video tomorrow showing you how to do that. For more information or to purchase this wonderful product, please visit my Close to my Heart website.
